Kian's project at school

Summer of 2010

What a CrAzY summer we had!! We stayed very busy! These pictures show some of the things we were up to. It was our BEST summer yet!

Kian lost 2 teeth this summer!

We had season passes to Lagoon Amusement park and were there ALL the time!!

The Peechers came to visit and the kids adore playing with their cousins. We stayed very busy that week, one activity after the other.

Including hiking up to Timpanagos Cave

Went to the Haywards' cabin over a weekend and had lots of fun riding ATVs, playing games, and making the biggest smores ever!

So pretty up at that cabin

Kids played in the backyard pool a lot and also the slip-n-slide. Ryland isn't afraid of water this year, which made it more fun.

Did a LOT of back yard work.... not so much fun.

Had an unexpected blast at the movie @ the park in Clearfield

Went to two 4th of July parades this year!

Had our annual 4th of July celebrations with the Haywards, starting with the parade.

Then had a backyard barbecue and the kids jumped on the trampoline.

Enjoyed a night of Fireworks, they were really good this year!

Spent lots of time playing outside and with neighbors. This pic is of the kids attacking Uncle Jim at one of our many barbecues.

Kian had swimming lessons for 2 weeks and does pretty good at his front stroke now!

Were invited to 5 weddings this year!! Yikes! But only made it to 2. So happy to see old friends and see wonderful people fall in love.

Ry & Mali Evans came to visit and we had a HUGE barbecue with about 40 (?) people. It was a blast!!

Kian really loved playing with Legos this summer. This is one of his many creations.

Another trip to Lagoon...

Annual 24th of July barbecue at the Keegan's and celebrated Cam's 1 year old birthday!

Camped at Yellowstone. This is Old Faithful.

One of many hot pots, or as the twins refer to as "burp-toots"

Yep, thats a bear. Black Bear. We saw 5 bears during our trip.

Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Playing with the neighbor boy, Alex

Little too much playing in the dirt

Summer OVER! Kian started 1st grade!!

Kian's Kindergarten graduation & first lost tooth

Kian's graduation program, May 28. They sang songs about all the things they learned over the year. They memorized some poems too. It was fun to watch.

Kian & his teacher, Mrs. Jacobs. She is truly an amazing teacher. We couldn't have asked for a better teacher!

Celebration time.... at McDonalds playland. Ha ha! Grad gifts!!

Then Kian lost his tooth the next day!

Tooth left for the tooth fairy.... and Kian was SO excited when he found a $2 bill under his pillow the next morning!!

Happy Birthday to my BIG 6 year old Kian!!

Happy birthday Kian! He turned 6 years old on April 8 and he had a fun birthday!

Right before Randy brought up Kian's big gift, a new 18" bicycle.

Kian on his new bike

Randy on Kian's new bike... haha... with Kian running alongside

RyRy pulling some mad tricks

After we went out for dinner, we had family over. It was all about the legos! HE loves them!

Sweet cousins!

Kian picked the cake flavor, strawberry. Even he admitted, it wasn't very good.

Make a wish!

RyRy and his cousin, baby John

Baby John just loved Grace's hair!

What a cutie!!

Playing Strawberry Shortcake together

Kian with his new Spygear stuff

Ry loves playing with Kian's legos, especially when Kian doesn't notice....

Happy Birthday Kian!! The last 6 years have been the best in our lives! You are a remarkable boy! You are so full of joy and you spread that joy to others! Love you SO much!
